Education Program

The RHCPA Education Program provides opportunites for people of all ages to engage in the performing arts. 

Running throughout the school year, educators and students can attend live performances programmed with grade levels and cirriculum connections in mind. 

25.26 Education Series, presented by Scotiabank

The 25.26 RHCPA Education Series, presented by Scotiabank, has arrived! 11 new and exciting shows are on their way to the RHCPA. 

This season, we are stepping into someone else's shoes to take in the VIEWS FROM AROUND. Whether it's experiencing Métis history in Where Have AII the Buffalo Gone? or celebrating our differences in Robot Song, we have so much to learn about the world around us. What better way to have an immersive experience than at the theatre surrounded by an audience ready to go on the journey with you.

Ticket Price: 

  • $15/student + HST
  • Book before June 27, 2025 and receive Early Bird pricing ($12 per student + HST) 
  • All schools receive one (1) complimentary adult ticket for every 10 students booked
  • Addtional tickets will be at the regular ticket price
  • There is a $5 handling fee on all orders

Note:

  • Our form is for requesting your tickets only. Your form submission does not confirm your ticket booking.
  • Your tickets are confirmed once you have received your ticket booking invoice.
  • Once your form has been received, you will be contacted in five (5) to seven (7) business days. An invoice and contract will follow.

Intensive Workshops

Have the RHCPA team come to your school for intensive workshops! Available workships include:

  • Intro. to Drama 
  • Intro. to Musical Theatre
  • Hip Hop Dance
  • Improv
  • Clowning 

Cost: 

  • One (1) hour workshop: $8/student + HST 
  • Three (3) hour workshop: $12/student + HST 

Maximum of 25 students per workshop. Book more than three (3) workshops and SAVE 15% on the fourth workshop.

RHCPA Summer Camps:

The ever popular theatre camps are back for another summer of theatre magic. The RHCPA runs several camps for ages 4 to 15. We also offer P.A. Day camps!

Summer Camps coordinated specifically by the RHCPA include:

  • Glee Club Camp
  • Musical Theatre 101
  • Kinder Musical Theatre
  • Broadway Bound Jr.
  • Broadway Bound Sr.

After School Programs:

The RHCPA provides captivating afterschool and weekend theatre programs for ages 4 to 13.

School Year Programs include:

  • Kinder Musical Theatre (4 - 5 year olds)
  • Musical Theatre Junior (6 - 9 year olds)
  • Broadway Bound (8 - 13 year olds)
  • Songwriting for Kids (8 - 13 year olds) 
  • K-POP Dance (6 - 14 year olds)
